We want you to love your leather rug. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Condition:

   • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
   • Returns for items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may incur a restocking fee of 20-100% of the item's value, depending on the condition.

2. Inaccurate Descriptions:

   • If the item received does not match the description, return shipping will be covered by us.

3. Buyer’s Responsibility:

   • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us through our "Contact us" page to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
• Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
